About these records
- Every project, status, address and description here comes from the City of Orinda’s own published pages. We do not add projects or change what a record says.
- A status is shown in the City’s words, as its record for the project states it. Where it states none, none is shown, and where two of its pages differ, both are shown.
- A status is an administrative record. An approval means planning approvals were granted, not that building has begun.
- Unit counts and floor areas appear as written in each description; they are not totalled here.
- The list covers the projects the City presents on these pages. Smaller projects, and records published only as documents or maps, are not included.
